Samantha is a Senior Associate in the commercial property department headed up by Albert J Isola and Elaine L Lang. Our popery expertise emanates from working for many years in advising private individuals, property developers and financial institutions. We have represented international banks with financial projects to local developers with all aspects from land acquisition to negotiating construction documentation to dispute resolution. Our finance team  also has a breadth of experience in advising banks and other financial institutions in relation to a wide spectrum of financial products and have operated at the cutting edge of multijurisdictional securitisation transactions, project financial, real estate finance and restructuring projects etc.
