Neil is the managing partner of McGregor & Partners S.C.A. and has more than twenty years of experience in commercial law  He is a solicitor and has overall responsibility for matters governed by English law.

In 1996 he became Sinclair Roche & Temperley’s first expatriate lawyer in Bucharest, becoming a partner in 2000.  He subsequently became a partner in Stephenson Harwood and, following his admission to the Bucharest Bar, became the managing partner of the firm on its establishment in 2002.

Neil works in Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia and elsewhere in the region, specialising in corporate finance, capital markets and merger, acquisition and disposals work.
