Professional Details
Giles specialises in the formation of alternative investment funds. He serves as co-head of the Private Equity Industry Group with special interest in private equity funds, real estate fund and related acquisition structures.
He is actively involved within the Association of the Luxembourg Funds Industry (ALFI) and co-chairs ALFI’s Private Equity and Venture Capital Working Group. He is a founding member of the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LPEA).
Academic Details
Gilles Dusemon holds a Master’s degree in business and tax law (Nice/France), as well as a LL.M. in International Taxation (New York University).
