Henrich C. Heggemann is partner at Graf von Westphalen in Hamburg. Henrich has a broad range of experience in the infrastructure and energy sectors (international construction and plant engineering), with particular emphasis on project finance and PPPs in the transport, power and renewable energy sectors. His experience includes advising on large-scale infrastructure projects as well as on medium-sized transactions inter alia in East and South East Europe, the Gulf area, Africa and China, regularly with participation of international financing institutes and export credit agencies.
