Peter Dillon (www.franchiselaw.ca) is a recognized expert on franchise, licensing, distribution and MLM law in Canada. Former member of the Franchise Advisory Board of the North American Securities Administrators Association, and Governmental Expert to the International Organization for the Unification of Private International Law (UNIDROIT) in Rome. He is called to the Bars of Ontario and New York.  Mr. Dillon is a widely published author, including Franchise Legislation in Canada, Canada’s leading legal commentary on provincial franchise legislation.
