Founding Partner of the Firm and graduated from the Universidad Anahuac Mexico Norte, 1983. He has coursed and obtained specialized diplomas and recognitions in Environmental Law and has practiced this field of law since 1987. He developed and coordinated the Environmental Law Diploma Program of the Universidad Panamericana from 2000 to 2006 and is currently a member of the Teaching Staff for Postgraduate Studies of the Escuela Libre de Derecho and the Universidad Panamericana.

In relation with professionals’ organizations, he is currently Coordinator of the Environmental Law Commission of the Mexican Bar Association and currently chairs the International Environmental Matters Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC-MEXICO). At the international level, he is an active member of the American Bar Association (ABA) and of the International Bar Association (IBA).

During his 30 years of professional experience, he has advised top 20 companies within the Chemistry, Pharmaceutical. Automotive and Real State Industries. His main activity is acting as consultant on environmental Law compliance. He has participated as environmental expert in national and international lawsuits and disputes.

He has been involved for the last 6 years in activities related with Climate Change and Clean Development Mechanisms negotiations (CDM’s); representing various organizations and financial institutions in negotiating Emission Reduction agreements.
