Andrew Dunlop is a partner with Burges Salmon LLP and also head of the firm's outsourcing practice. He has been involved in outsourcing transactions for over 20 years and acts for a broad range of clients including corporates, dotcoms, financial institutions and service providers. Mr Dunlop was the sole lawyer on the City Financial, Insurance and Assurance Working Group dealing with outsourcing issues for City of London financial institutions between 2005 and 2007 and the international director of the National Outsourcing Association between 1998 and 2012.
