Managing Partner of Noerr's Moscow office and member of the firm's Corporate Department specialising on Russian and German corporate law in large scale and midsize cross-border transactions. In particular, he provides counsel to foreign investors in Russia regarding the establishment and structuring of joint ventures and M&A, as well as on Greenfield projects. In addition he consults on numerous aspects of commercial and distribution law (e.g. large scale domestic and cross border supply agreements, structuring of distribution networks in Russia).
