Keith Davidson is founder of ELM Law, a specialist environmental practice supporting law firms and the environment industries. Keith has 20 years’ experience acting in the chemicals, waste and transport sectors and has particular expertise with industrial site closure, regeneration projects and environmental insurance. He is a regular speaker on environmental liability management and climate change issues and in 2009 was appointed an Environment Commissioner for Greater Manchester with responsibilities for environmental communications and implementing the region’s climate change strategy.
