Felicia is a partner of Mourant Ozannes L.P. and a member of the firm's Funds practice area.  Mourant Ozannes is a leading offshore law firm and in her role with the firm, Felicia specialises in collective investment funds with a particular focus on property and private equity funds and has acted for a number of the firm's clients in this area including AXA Private Equity, CVC Capital Partners, Schroders, RREEF, Hermes and Aviva Investors.  Felicia began her career with the Australian firm of Mallesons Stephen Jacques as a member of their corporate and M&A group before moving to Jersey in December 2001.She worked for another Jersey law firm advising on collective investment funds, corporate transactions and property finance before joining the Funds team of Mourant Ozannes in 2005.
