Alexander Katzarsky graduated from Sofia University, Faculty of Law in 1990. In 1997 he studied European company and commercial law in the University of Limerick, Ireland. During the period 2001-2002 he conducted research on the transformation of commercial companies at the Max Plank Institute for Comparative and International Private Law - Hamburg, Germany. Since 2001 Alexander is partner in Georgiev, Todorov & Co. law offices. His experience includes participation in some of the biggest M&As in Bulgaria including Bulgarian Telecommunications Company (the national telecom), Bulgartabak Holding (tobacco processing and cigarettes Production Company) and Devin (the biggest mineral water and soft drinks bottling company).
