Joanna Page is a partner at Allen & Overy LLP.  She is head of the Corporate and Commercial Litigation Group and also developed the firm's Insurance Litigation Group.  She is an expert in civil litigation and international arbitration.  Ms Page acts for large corporates, typically non-UK, and regularly advises boards of directors on risk management.  In addition to her day job, she taught Company Law at Cambridge for many years and writes widely on the challenges facing boards of directors and companies, including in relation to legislative and regulatory change.
