Togan Turan has been with the firm since 2003, and a partner since 2008.

M. Togan Turan has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, privatisations and antitrust matters representing a variety of international, or foreign, clients in the retail, energy, gas, telecommunications, tobacco, banking, insurance, healthcare, food and steel sectors. His experience covers all aspects of transactions from due diligence investigations, contract drafting, and negotiating and structuring deals to advising on regulatory aspects such as competition board filings for those transactions.

Mr Turan also has substantial banking and finance experience acting for international financial institutions, lenders and borrowers in cross-border loan facilities.

Mr Turan is a recipient of Chevening Scholarship and a member of the International Bar Association.
