Jonathan Fitzgibbons is a partner in Solomon Harris Investment Funds and Corporate/ Commercial groups where he advises a wide range of asset managers and corporate clients.  Jonathan has been practicing in the Cayman Islands since 2006, prior to which he worked for the London office of a US law firm and specialized in corporate/ commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, securitizations and investment funds. 

Jonathan is a graduate of Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand and has worked in private practice for over 10 years.  He has been admitted to practice in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the Cayman Islands.
