Shalagh is a Senior Associate in Eversheds’ Shipping and International Trade Team and has been based in Qatar since 2008.
Shalagh has dealt with a wide range of shipping disputes in the Middle East . Cases which she has worked on include complex multi jurisdictional charterparty and bill of lading disputes, providing ad hoc advice on ship arrests in the Middle East, taking witness statements in the region and providing advice to international insurers on the law and procedure both internationally and in Middle East generally.
Shalagh is on the Committee of the Nautical Institute in Qatar and regularly provides lectures on matters relevant to the shipping community .
