Mr. Takahashi is a leading corporate and structured-finance lawyer with extensive experience in the capital markets, securitisation, asset backed securities, debt restructuring and other structured and cross-border finance, funds (REITs), banking, trusts, securities transactions, M&A, buyouts, restructuring and other general corporate matters. His client base is mostly comprised of international financial institutions, security and credit card companies and multinational corporations.

Prior to joining Davis & Takahashi, Mr. Takahashi practised with a leading Japanese law firm, and the New York firms Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.
