Ofotsu A. Tetteh-Kujorjie is Cross-Border Counsel at Mkono & Co. He is an Ivy League-educated lawyer, with a Bachelors/Masters in engineering from Cornell University, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, a Certificate in Business/Public Policy from the Wharton School and a Legum Magister (LL.M.) in Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center. In his current position at Mkono, he focuses on energy, oil and gas, banking, finance, taxation, telecommunications and general corporate law. He has significant transactional experience in these areas and regularly advises local and international clients on a variety of commercial matters.
