Ms. Delgado Barreto focuses her practice in the area of complex litigation that includes product liability, commercial, contractual, general civil and regulatory litigation.   She has significant expertise in the consumer products, tobacco, automotive, cargo handling machinery, magazine publishers, marine boats and engines and hotel industries and counsels several top tier Brazilian and international corporations.

Ms. Delgado Barreto is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM-RJ); DRI – Defense Research Institute;  International Bar Association (IBA), Consumer Litigation Committee and World Services Group (WSG)
