Jacquelyn MacLennan is a member of the Executive Committee of White & Case LLP, and was until recently Executive Partner of the Brussels office. She has practiced EU environmental law throughout her career in Brussels, and specialises in advising companies on the EU, national and international regulatory environment (e.g.  REACH, RoHS, WEEE, other chemicals and packaging regulation,  Environmental Impact Assessments, Aarhus Convention, Montreal Convention, Kyoto Convention and emissions trading regulation). She also advises on EU competition law, trade law and internal market regulatory issues.

Throughout her career, Ms. MacLennan has worked closely with leading multinational corporations, and with a number of government clients. She litigates before the European and UK courts and is active in challenging administrative procedures before the European Commission.

She regularly teaches EU law and speaks at conferences on the subject of environmental law. She is an Honorary Fellow at the Europa Institute of the University of Edinburgh.
