Cezary specialises in advising on mergers and acquisitions of commercial companies, including transactions covering the sale of businesses and shares in entities operating in various industry sectors. He has handled a range of due diligence projects and has a great deal of experience in advising businesses in the retail, consumer goods, production and service sectors. He has co-ordinated projects involving the restructuring of capital groups - both Polish and those with foreign shareholders - and projects relating to foreign direct investment in Poland, including greenfield investments in various business sectors. Cezary provides full-range corporate and regulatory advisory, e.g. on consumer law, energy law and transport law and has been a legal adviser since 2005. Before joining PwC, he worked in the largest law firms in Poland. He has also had placements in international law firms in Washington D.C., London and Leeds in the UK. Cezary is the author of numerous publications on commercial and international law.
