Sally Edwards is a Partner and head of the Private Client and Trusts Team at Ogier.

Sally advises a wide range of professional trustees, settlors and beneficiaries on all issues concerning trusts and foundations, with particular emphasis on drafting trust deeds, advising on and drafting the documentation to restructure trusts, advising on high net worth complex structures and advising on rectifying and mitigating breaches of trust.

Sally joined Ogier in 2003 having previously worked with Eversheds in their London and Birmingham offices, working on a variety of commercial issues, including trading terms, competition law and projects. She received her LLB Honours from Bristol University and later achieved her LLM from Leicester University in European Union Law.

Sally is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is a member of the working party for foundations legislation in Jersey.

Sally has been recognised as an expert in the Citywealth Leaders List 2012.
