Ms. Snelbecker is a Managing Attorney at the National Immigration Law Group PLLC. She is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  Ms. Snelbecker is fluent in English and in Russian. Since 2002, Ms. Snelbecker specialized in international trade and immigration in the Washington, D.C. offices of several large multinational law firms, as well as managed the Global Mobility program at a large IT company. Ms. Snelbecker has extensive experience with obtaining work authorizations and business visas in 42 countries,  including setting up secondments and short-and-long-term assignments, temporary nonimmigrant visas, employment and family-based permanent residency, consular processing of visa applications, and naturalization. She assists with employment-based immigration matters, including labor certifications and priority worker petitions, and with nonimmigrant visa petitions for temporary professional employees, students, treaty trader/investors, trainees, and international transferees. All cases and petitions are based on pre-set (not hourly) fees, no retainers required, all price quotes and initial phone consults are free of charge.
