Bob Bassett concentrates his practice primarily on defense litigation of claims involving transportation litigation, product liability litigation, and insurance coverage.  With a diverse career that includes experience as an in-house attorney as well as in private practice, he has spent a considerable amount of time in courtrooms in Southern Illinois and across the Midwest. Bob has continued to work closely with insurance companies throughout his career in private practice and often works directly with the insurer’s clients. He is well-regarded for his insight into the transportation industry, boasting several large trucking companies as clients, and lecturing frequently at transportation industry association meetings.
