Judith has over 20 years experience advising clients in all aspects of the management and commercialisation of intellectual property (IP). Judith's clients range from private sector enterprises, including those from the technology, media, manufacturing and franchising sectors, through to government funded organisations, such as Research & Development Centres (RDCs).

Judith has considerable experience advising clients in the entertainment, film, television, music and media industries. Judith advises on all aspect of brand management and exploitation, including advertising and marketing agreements, sponsorship and trade promotions.
