Professional Details
Mónica Carneiro Pacheco works mainly in public law, with a special focus on energy law, PPP projects, public procurement, concessions and environment law. She has also developed her activity in the energy sector including projects and project finance.
She studied law at Universidade Católica Portuguesa and completed a training course in public procurement from the Fórum Mercados Públicos.
She has been an RPA partner since 2007.
She has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1991.
She worked with the Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Communications from 1994 to 1995 and lectured at Universidade de Lisboa.
