Mr. Tucker concentrates his practice in investigations, including government fraud, internal corporate investigations and white collar crime. Prior to joining Butler Snow, he served with the Department of Justice and with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for over thirty years. Mr. Tucker is an experienced trial attorney, having participated in over 100 jury trials and approximately 60 appellate court filings. He is a Fellow for the American College of Trial Lawyers, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and served as an adjunct professor of trial practice for over 20 years. He received a J.D. from the University of Mississippi and a B.A. in English from Millsaps College.
