I qualified as a solicitor in 1979 and have specialized in labor law since 1983. I started my career as a trial lawyer and still represent clients in litigation.Before setting up my own firm I had been an equity partner in Kilpatrick Stockton based in Atlanta, Georgia and had been a founding partner of KLegal. Previously I had been a partner and an associate in other firms in the City of London and had acted as spokesperson for the Confederation of British Industry on labor law matters.
