Aditya Vikram Bhat is a partner at the Bangalore offices of AZB & Partners, one of India's premier law firms.
 
Aditya's has appeared for private complainants as well as accused persons in proceedings relating to white collar offences in courts across India. As part of the related investigations practice he also advises and assists clients and foreign counsel with internal investigations, in particular those related to anti bribery, fraud, money laundering.

Aditya’s other practice includes domestic and international arbitrations and a wide variety of litigation in Indian courts. Shareholder disputes and litigation related to shareholder oppression, corporate mismanagement and corporate control before the Company Law Board also form a significant part of Aditya’s litigation practice.  He has advised extensively on and appeared in a number of trans border litigations involving questions of private international law and exercise of conflicting jurisdictions.
