Founder of Kruk and Partners of Warsaw, Jaroslaw Kruk is an on-the-ground legal partner for Polish defence and offset business, all manner of commercial concessions and licences and major inbound and outbound transactions (especially involving mining and energy). He is also a leader in complex, cross-border litigation matters supporting intellectual property and other assets misappropriated across Europe.

In recognition of Mr Kruk's unique international anti-fraud and asset recovery practice, in 2010 he was selected as the sole Polish member of ICC FraudNet, the world's leading network of asset tracing and recovery lawyers.

A practising attorney since 1997, in 2011 he opened his own law firm Kruk and Partners.
