Ameya Khandge is a partner in the Mumbai office of Trilegal and is a member of the banking and finance group. He has extensive experience on a broad range of matters including project finance, structured finance, restructuring, leveraged finance, syndicate finance, domestic and cross border financing.  He advises institutions on developing and implementing solutions for complex cross-border structured financings. Ameya also works closely with Trilegal’s projects clients, particularly in the power sector, in negotiating their project financing arrangements with lenders and financial institutions. His clients include multinational as well as domestic banks, multilateral agencies and institutions.
