Matthew Dundon is founder, and one of the principals of, Dundon Advisers LLC, a New York-based adviser to institutional clients with investments or claims in US and foreign bankruptcies, or seeking or making high-yielding asset-based loans with non-conventional structures or uses of proceeds.  From 2010 to 2016 he was a portfolio manager in distressed debt and opportunistic credit investing with two global hedge funds, and from 2003 to 2010 was a senior credit analyst and later head of securities research for a boutique brokerage firm.  He practiced law prior to his trading career.  He holds as JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA from the University of California at Berkeley.
