Mark qualified at Slaughter and May in 2000 and joined Charles Russell in 2005. He has worked on a broad range of corporate finance transactions with private and publicly quoted companies including many with a cross border element. He advises on primary and secondary listings (on AIM and the main market), public takeovers, private M&A, joint ventures, restructurings and distressed asset sales with a particular focus on the Energy and Natural Resources, Technology and Healthcare / Life Sciences sectors. His work regularly brings him into contact with corporate governance issues for both public and private companies.
