Carlos Abou Jaoude is the founder and managing partner of Abou Jaoude & Associates Law Firm.

With a multidisciplinary expertise and international experience, Carlos advised banks on matters of corporate governance and regulatory compliance and boards of companies operating in various fields on the devising of systems of checks and balances. He is often solicited to recommend internal control measures and systems to ensure compliance with the Basel II guidelines and the circulars of the Central Bank of Lebanon, and assist in the setup of specialized committees. He also lends his specialized knowledge and experience by holding a board seat in several leading companies and banks.

He holds a Master in French and Lebanese Law and is fluent in Arabic, French and English.
