Iban Díez is Senior Associate Lawyer in the Intellectual Property and Information Technology Area at Gomez Acebo & Pombo Law Firm. He is specialized in copyright, and IT law. Iban Díez has a degree in Law from the University of Deusto (Bilbao) with a specialty in legal – economic matters, and a Master Degree in IT and Communications Law from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas – ICADE (Madrid). He is member of the Madrid Bar Law Association (2000) and vice-president of the Spanish Entertainment Law Association – DENAE (2009). He has published numerous articles on intellectual property and audiovisual law in diverse media.
