Timothy Copnell Chairs our UK Audit Committee Institute (ACI).  He has over 15 years experience advising both private and public sector boards on corporate governance matters and is a past winner of the ‘Accountant of the Year’ Award for his work with Audit Committees.  He also plays a major role in developing, shaping and responding to major UK and EU corporate governance developments; and has contributed directly to the major regulatory developments through participation on various influential corporate governance bodies and is the Author of the Audit Committee Guide (ICSA 2010) and The AGM and Shareholder Questions (ICSA 2007); and was consultant editor to the Practical Guide to International Corporate Governance (FIR Publications).
