Discover Insights’ unique assessment tool helps clients to discover insights into their personality type, and how that affects the way they think, feel and behave. In order to provide them with a full picture of what constitutes their whole personality, Discover Insight’s assessment tool combines three of the most well-known personality profiling tools together:  
 
DiSC Personality Profiling: This personality test analyses behaviours and specifically how client’s deal with problems and challenges, whether they be personal or professional. Four main factors are measured, which are a person’s dominance, interpersonal skills, steadiness and compliance.
 
Enneagram Tests: This assessment will determine the emotional drivers upon which behaviours are based. There are nine Enneagram personality types. Analysis of an individual’s Enneagram type will explore whether they are more concerned with feeling a sense of safety, being liked or loved, or having a sense of control over their environment. In turn, this can help clients to discover what their key coping strategies are, their personality traits, the way they prefer communication and ideas for how they might feel more supported or understood.
 
Attachment Styles: At the core of personality is a person’s attachment style. This forms the final part of the Discover Insight assessment tool. Attachment style tests look at how an individual may view relationships from the perspective of connection, independence and how they communicate their needs and feelings. Whilst it is possible to score highly in more than one attachment style, the three main attachments styles are: secure attachment style, anxious attachment style and avoidant attachment style.
